Erin Country Inn and Conference Centre’s gracious ambience is the perfect backdrop for your wedding, party or special event. Just 45 minutes northwest of Toronto, and a short drive from Guelph, Georgetown, Brampton and Mississauga, stunning natural beauty all year round surrounds Erin Country Inn and Conference Centre.
There are several attractive locations for your outdoor ceremony or reception on our grounds, not to mention many spots for taking memorable wedding photographs! If you would prefer an indoor event, our spacious banquet room, complete with wet bar, reclaimed fireplace and a dramatic view of the countryside, is the perfect facility.
We offer a wide variety of tantalizing menus to choose from. Meals can be either “Buffet” style or “Plated and Served” depending on the number of guests. Groups up to 20 people can enjoy our dining room on the main floor while larger groups, up to 60 guests, can be accommodated in our Banquet Room on the lower floor. We guarantee that your guests will be delighted either way. When choosing a menu for an event, please advise the staff of any allergies or special dietary needs required.

Use of Facility
We encourage all wedding parties to book all rooms at Erin Country Inn and Conference Centre in order to keep your event exclusive to your friends and family. As your wedding day is unique and very special, no other event is held at the same time.
The weddings held at Erin Country Inn are generally a weekend affair. A “wedding rehearsal” is held Friday evening generally followed by a casual BBQ or Pizza dinner for the immediate wedding party and friends who have spent the afternoon decorating the Banquet Room to their satisfaction. We accommodate everyone overnight followed by an elaborate continental breakfast morning allowing them an early start to a very busy day filled with appointments for hair, makeup, etc.
Summer and Fall wedding ceremonies are held in the backyard under a trio of majestic Maple trees (weather permitting) and followed by a relaxing “cocktail reception” on the lower deck adjacent to the Banquet Room where the Reception Dinner is held. Delicious food and good wine is enjoyed by one and all with dancing until closing at 1:00 am.
After a day and evening of celebration, our guests once again enjoy our overnight accommodation to be greeted by a wonderful wedding brunch held in our dining room the next morning.
Erin Country Inn and Conference Centre is the perfect place for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. Rain or shine, summer or winter – Erin Country Inn is a safe bet for a dry ceremony.
Erin Country Inn and Conference Centre will be devoted entirely to you and your wedding guests for the duration of the event. This will ensure complete privacy for your party. However, as we will not allow outside guests to stay at the Inn on the night of your wedding, we ask that you or your guests book all bedrooms. We have 8 guestrooms, currently ranging in price from $115.00 to $165.00 per night. (Add $35.00 per extra cot). These rates include an elaborate continental breakfast the next morning. Taxes and gratuity are extra.
If no overnight accommodation is needed the weekend of your wedding, a fee of $659.00 for the exclusive use of the Inn will be applicable to compensate for the loss of room revenue that weekend. However, that fee is waived when all 8 rooms are reserved for that weekend.
Chairs and tables for the ceremony and reception meal, as well as linens, red carpet, etc. are all rented by the Inn through a rental supplier.

Payment Arrangements
A non-refundable deposit of $850.00 is required to reserve your special day. If you have to change your wedding date, this deposit will be applied against any subsequent booking, provided we are able to re-book the facility for the date you originally requested and as long as we are notified 90 days prior to the original selected date.
Three months prior to your wedding, a further non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 is required.
The balance is due and payable the day following your Wedding Day, via Certified Cheque or Money Order or Debit.
All cheques should be made payable to Erin Country Inn and Conference Centre Inc.
